Your Rights and Safety

You deserve to feel safe, respected, and heard always.

At Nexa Support Coordination, everything we do is guided by the NDIS Code of Conduct and a deep respect for your rights as an individual.

Your rights

You have the right to freedom of expression, self-determination, and decision-making. You choose your supports, your goals, and your pace — we are here to guide and inform, never to decide for you.

Our commitment to safety

We are committed to providing supports in a safe, competent manner, with care and skill, and to taking all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to any form of violence, exploitation, neglect, or abuse.

Confidentiality

We preserve your privacy and confidentiality at every step, sharing information only with your consent and as needed to deliver your supports.

Raising a concern

If something doesn't feel right, we want to know. We will promptly take steps to raise and act on any concerns about the quality and safety of your supports. You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission directly at any time:

Independent advocacy

You always have the right to access an independent advocate to support you, free of charge, if you ever feel you need one.
