We respect the privacy of every person with disability we work with, and we are committed to handling your personal information responsibly, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the NDIS Code of Conduct.
What information we collect
We may collect personal and health-related information necessary to provide support coordination, including your contact details, NDIS plan details, goals, and information shared by you, your family, carers, or other providers involved in your care.
How we use your information
Your information is used only to deliver and coordinate your supports, communicate with your provider network (with your consent), and meet our reporting obligations to the NDIA where required. We will not discuss your personal details with others in your community or network without your knowledge and consent.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with people and organisations directly involved in delivering your supports, or as required by law. We will always seek your consent first, wherever possible.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and ask questions about how your information is used at any time.
